At Brighteyes Early Education and Training, Nesh delivers high quality, tailored support for your setting, practitioners and parents and carers. She is an experienced, qualified primary teacher who is passionate about supporting and motivating others. She specialises in Early Years Foundation Stage, speech and language support, creativity within the curriculum and promoting health and wellbeing.

Nesh is very empathetic and supportive. She will work with you to navigate challenges, develop confidence and focus on areas you wish to improve.

I don't really know what support I need. Can you help me?

Yes, of course. Please feel free to send an email and Nesh can book you in for a free 20 minute discovery call to discuss what options may be suitable for you.

What happens on the free discovery call?

First Nesh will send you a zoom link and you will meet online. She will tell you a little about herself and listen to what support you feel you may need. It is also an opportunity for you to ask questions you may have. If it is something she can support you with then you can discuss options that may be suitable and work around you. If it is something that needs additional support by other professionals, she may guide you to places that may be more suitable. There is no pressure to sign up to any sessions. You are welcome to go away and think about it and get back to her with any other questions you may have.

I want a bespoke training package. Can you offer this?

Yes, of course. If you are a setting and require online, flexible, live training then Nesh is able to offer bespoke training that meets the needs of your setting and practitioners.

If you are a parent/carer, Nesh specialises in tailored support that is relevant to you and your child.

How much will it cost?

Each service and package is bespoke to you so costs will vary. Nesh aims to make sessions affordable so it makes it easier for everyone to access support when they need it.

Please feel free to get in touch to discuss a package that suits you and to discuss costs.

If you are an early years practitioner, childminder or teacher looking to join one of the live webinars, these will be priced at £5 per session per person. Each webinar with last one hour. Nesh understands that often practitioners have to pay for their own support so she has significantly discounted the webinars so they are accessible to all.

Do I have to pay for a block of sessions or can I pay for a one off?

You are welcome to book a block of sessions or book one off sessions. However, a consultation will be required before any sessions begin so support requirements and relevant information can be gathered so sessions can be tailored appropriately. An invoice will be sent to you via email which needs paying prior to your session.

How many people will be on the live webinars?

Live webinars will always be small groups so there will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions and share with each other. There will be no more than 10 people attending each webinar. As this is a new service, it is likely to be even smaller groups to begin with.

How do I join a FREE webinar?

A select amount of live webinars will be free to access. If you wish to join one, please register your interest by emailing nesh@brighteyeseducation.co.uk where further information will be emailed to you about upcoming dates, times and how to join.

I have a consultation/session with you but I cannot make it now. What do I do?

When you book a consultation, session, webinar or training package, you will receive terms and conditions that includes a cancellation policy. You are required to give at least 24 hours notice if cancelling otherwise you will still be charged. If you give at least 24 hours notice, you are able to rearrange to another time at no extra cost. (This is not applicable for the live webinars)

I am training to be a teacher/ECT. How may you help me?

Nesh is able to support you with navigating challenges you may have whether it is in the classroom or part of the assessment process. She can read your assignments and work with you to make improvements and develop your learning. If there is a particular area you feel you need to develop your confidence or knowledge in, she is able to support you in a way that works for you. This may involve classroom management strategies, behaviour, meeting targets, setting an achievable action plan, how to support SEND children or how to support parents for example.

I am an early years practitioner or training to complete a qualification. How may you help me?

Nesh is able to support you with navigating challenges you may have whether it is in the classroom, developing positive partnerships with colleagues or part of the assessment process for a qualification. She can read your assignments and work with you to make improvements and develop your learning. If there is a particular area you feel you need to develop your confidence or knowledge in, she is able to support you in a way that works for you. This may involve classroom management strategies, behaviour, meeting targets, setting an achievable action plan or how to support SEND children for example.

You may wish to have one-to-one sessions with Nesh or attend a webinar with other practitioners on particular topics. You may also wish to do a combination.

Do you offer SEND support?

Yes, Nesh is able to support you if you have children in your class with SEND or if you are a parent and your child has SEND. She is also able to support you if you have SEND yourself and are finding something overwhelming or need support with strategies to help with your everyday parenting or teaching. She may also signpost you to other professionals if needed.

Nesh specialises in speech and language support and personal, social, health and emotional support for all ages. She has worked with a variety of children and colleagues who have ASD, ADHD, mental health difficulties such as anxiety, children who have been through trauma, children in care, DLD, stammering, receptive and expressive language disorders, hearing impairments, cerebral palsy, selective mutism, children with social challenges and many more.
